You’re the strategist. The fixer.
The one everyone leans on.
You’ve built the brand. Earned the degrees. Led the teams. Held it all together.
You outworked the doubt. Pushed through pain.
Set your needs aside—and called it strength.
And you made it.
Your name carries weight. Your brilliance opens doors.
You’re known. Respected. Relied on.
But beneath it all, you've been hiding.
The overachieving.
The self-sacrificing and people pleasing.
The perfectionism that looks like discipline.
The imposter syndrome masked as ambition.
Not because you’re fake—because you’ve never had a space that felt safe enough to be all of you.
But deep down, you know this isn’t sustainable.
You’re thriving publicly… but unraveling in ways no one sees.
You carry strength like it's required—but quietly wish someone would offer to carry you.
The Haven is where that shifts.
It’s where you find peace without isolation.
Success without the performance.
It's a community -- a sisterhood -- that gives more than it takes.
The Haven is a private circle of women who, like you, are ready to stop surviving and start redefining strength for themselves.
It's a safe space where powerful women retreat to feel seen, to be heard, and to rest.

The Haven is where you discover what it means to build a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
The Haven...
...isn’t a course.
It’s not a coaching program.
And it’s definitely not another space where you have to perform to belong.
It’s a sanctuary. A rhythm. A community our members "come home" to.
Inside The Haven, you’ll find:
Daily "LIVE" Midday Huddles
30-minutes mid workday to check with your body and soul. Huddles are designed to ground you, reset your day, and remind you you’re not alone.

Live Events & Experiences
From spa days to book clubs to live retreats, The Haven meets you offline, too—so you can feel what it means to be cared for in real time.

Supportive Community
No noise. No pestering. Just a tight-knit, high-trust space where you’re seen, supported, and celebrated—for who you are, not just what you do.

Hi, I’m Dr. Rhonda!
I created The Haven because, let’s be honest—after the last election, Black women were triggered.
We realized—loud and clear—that nobody was looking out for us. We’ve spent years overachieving, outperforming, and outworking everyone, only to get overlooked, passed over, or betrayed when it really mattered. And let’s not forget how some folks smiled in our faces, swore they had our backs, then voted against us when it counted.
That was the breaking point.
So now we're done. No more pouring from empty cups. No more sacrificing ourselves to meet other people’s expectations. We decided to let the world figure itself out while we focus on us—our peace, our joy, our rest, and our well-being.
That’s why I created The Haven. This isn’t another space where you have to “show up” or perform. It’s a protected, safe place to kick off your heels, drop your cape, and finally put you first.
The Haven is your reminder: you don’t have to carry it all—and you definitely don’t have to do it alone.
Welcome home, sis.

THE HAVEN IS WHERE YOU GET TO EXHALE...
The Haven is your space to stop, breathe, and be. It’s a community built for high-achieving Black women who are ready to take off their strong Black woman cape, leave the expectations behind, and finally focus on themselves.
This isn’t another group where you have to “show up” or keep it together. In The Haven, you’re free to rest, recharge, and connect with women who understand what it’s like to always be the one holding it down. Here, you don’t have to explain your exhaustion or prove your strength—you’re already enough.
The Haven is where we prioritize what matters most: us.
We've done enough for everyone else. It’s time we show up for ourselves.

You don’t have to lead here.
You don’t have to fix anything.
You don’t even have to show up with a plan.
Just come as you are.

GRAB YOUR COPY OF
DR. RHONDA'S NEW BOOK
Before there was The Haven, there was a page.
A confession -- a truth too many of us were too tired—or too scared—to name.
7 Dirty Secrets of a Strong Black Woman is more than a book—it’s your reflection. Your release. Your reminder that you were never meant to carry it all, and you don't have to.
If this space speaks to you, the book will hold you even closer.
Start with the words.
Then let them start something in you.
